The rules, in the open

Good governance is not decoration. Below are our adopted policies, itemized plainly โ€” the do's and don'ts that hold the work accountable. Summaries here; full policy documents available on request.

Every fundraising action maps to our 501(c)(3) obligations under IRC 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Restricted vs. unrestricted funds are tracked separately, and earmarked proceeds are honored as designated.

NFTs use energy-efficient blockchains (Ethereum, Polygon, or Tezos), pass third-party smart-contract audits before deployment, and are structured to avoid securities classification. Revenue follows a fixed 60/20/10/10 split.

Site-specific work is developed with community consent, centers local narratives, and follows clear guidelines on siting, maintenance, and de-installation.

Material choices, farming practices, and operations are held to a regenerative standard: give back more than is taken.

Vendors are chosen for alignment with mission and equity goals, not lowest cost alone, with transparent selection criteria.

We hire, promote, and partner without discrimination, and design roles to widen access rather than gatekeep it.

Communications protect community dignity and narrative sovereignty; we amplify, we do not extract.
